What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out is until 12:00 PM.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
Yes, subject to room availability. Terms:
- Early check-in before 6:00 AM — 100% of the daily rate
- Early check-in after 6:00 AM — 50% of the daily rate
- Late check-out before 6:00 PM — 50% of the daily rate
- Late check-out after 6:00 PM — 100% of the daily rate
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. For group bookings — 48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank cards, and non-cash payment for legal entities.
Is a deposit required when booking?
No, except for large group bookings.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available along the road next to the hotel, under video surveillance (spaces cannot be reserved). A secure paid lot is also located across the road — 50 UAH/day.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
This depends on the rate you book:
“Accommodation with Breakfast” rate — breakfast is already included in the room price.
“Accommodation” rate — breakfast can be paid separately in the restaurant for 400 UAH per person.
Breakfast is served buffet-style from 8:00 to 11:30 on the 9th floor.
Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
What other amenities does the hotel offer?
A restaurant and a conference hall.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets up to 10 kg are welcome — 1000 UAH for the entire stay.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and on the premises. A fine of 1000 UAH applies for violations.
Is there an extra charge for children?
The rate is charged per room, not per guest. A children’s cot is provided free of charge.
